(2) BIB Meta is a decentralized Web3 ecological project which contains DeFi, GameFi, NFT and other investment projects. Unlike traditional savings and bonds that can provide a fixed return, investing in BIB Meta-related projects may lead to profit as well as loss.

(3) BIB Meta may face various risks in the process of project operation, including both market risks, management risks, technical risks, compliance risks, etc. When the market fluctuates drastically, investors may not be able to recover the invested capital in time.
