# 8. What is the $BIB dividend mechanism?

$BIB brings its holders dividends in BUSD that will be credited automatically to users' wallet addresses.

Token dividend can be acquired through:

1. Holding $BIB in CEX wallet (via asset snapshots)
2. Holding $BIB in DEX wallet (automatic execution through smart contracts)
3. Delegating to node (token dividend is retained)
